Despite threatening afternoon skies over the Cherry Creek Reservoir Tuesday,
all three kids were eager...

Ryan spent most of his time paddling around with a little floatie.
James immediately went out to the deepest part of the swim area, which he reported was disappointingly shallow.
Grace stayed a bit closer to the shore.
No matter where they were...
everyone seemed...
to be having fun!
Eventually, however, they got cold.
Grace decided to bury her legs in the sand.
This inspired James...
to bury his entire body.
Ryan says, "Dude, you look really weird!"
