James' eighth birthday party was held this past Saturday at a nearby bowling alley.

This was not just bowling, but "Cosmic Bowling." Most of the lighting was provided by disco balls.
Since James was the birthday boy, he got to bowl first.

Nate loves being the "back up guest". We had a great time!
It is a title to be treasured...
I'm glad it worked out the way it did, though. Sometimes the back-up proves to be better than the headliner!
