On the road again

Last week was Fall Break. Seth, Ryan and I all took the week off work, and on Tuesday, we piled into the van and headed south.

We drove over mountains...

and through valleys. 

We passed horses...

and forests filled with dead trees. 

We stopped once or twice to fill the tank and walk around...

but mostly, we drove.

After eight long hours, we arrived at our destination...

the beautiful Mancos Valley.

Second day of school

Every year I line the kids up in front of the garage and take their picture on the first day of school. I couldn't do that Monday because I was working. Fortunately, I had a late start on Tuesday so here's a second day of school picture.
