To be continued

James' last day as a Highline student was June 3rd.  The audience for the continuation ceremony was standing room only.
The fifth graders filed in, and the ceremony started with the Pledge of Allegiance.
 There were lots...
Mr. Langdon, Principal of Highline Community School
of speeches...
Mr. Gonzales, Principal of Prairie Middle School
and lots...
Ms. Allen, Mrs. Park and Ms. Vellinga
 of awards!
Our neighbor, Cynthia
Finally, it was time for diplomas.
James looked very proud as he headed down the receiving line.
Now he's a sixth grader!
After the ceremony, we went back to the classroom...
James and Cesar
for snacks...
Isaiah, Cesar and James
and hugs.
James and Jozsh
James posed with all his friends...
William, Isaiah, Cesar, James and Diana
and some...
James and Ms. Alley, his Gifted & Talented teacher
of his favorite teachers.
James and Ms. Allen, his 2nd and 5th grade teacher
And then, after seven good years, our time as a Highline family came to end.  Goodbye, little school and thanks for everything!
